Business roundtable

BUSINESS ROUNDTABLE
FROM TRADITION TO INNOVATION IN CHANGING TIMES

This session is designed as a forum for analysis and dialogue, where the opportunities and challenges emerging in an ever-evolving environment will be comprehensively addressed. The debate will aim to connect the practical experience of top management with academic reflection, thereby fostering a renewed and multidisciplinary vision of the future of organizations.

In today’s global context—where economic, technological, and social challenges are interwoven at a dizzying pace—it is particularly enriching to learn from the perspectives of prominent business leaders in our region: Ana Goyen, Miguel Ángel Grijalba, and Ignacio Ugalde. In this debate panel, our speakers will share their insights on innovation and energy conversion, on participative management models and cooperativism, and on industrial optimization and productive transformation. Their contributions will encourage reflection on the strategies and decisions that can make a difference in the future of business management, providing academics and professionals with a platform for exchanging ideas and identifying new opportunities for improvement.

Moderated by faculty from the Department of Business Management at UPNA, the discussion will explore how to merge tradition with new technologies and management models to build resilient, innovative, and socially responsible organizations. We invite academics and professionals to join our panelists in exploring this promising convergence between the traditional and the emerging that defines the new frontiers of business management.
