Payment of registration fees is made via the Conftool platform.

Please, follow the corresponding instructions of the Conftool platform for payment by credit card or bank transfer, as well as for editing and printing invoices.

Payment for registrations with reduced fee can only be made until midnight on April 30, 2026. After May 1st the full fee will be payable.

** If you are a doctoral student or retired, you must attach proof of this condition. For example, for doctoral students, proof of enrollment in your doctoral program in the current academic year.

***Registration includes the cocktail on June 14, dinner on June 15, gala dinner on June 16 and social activity, as well as lunches and coffees on June 15 and 16.

With the aim of facilitating the proper organization of the congress’s scientific programme, the following guidelines must be taken into account:

  • Each accepted communication must have a presenter who is registered for the congress.
  • Each registered participant may present a maximum of two communications, without prejudice to the possibility of being listed as co-author on more than two submissions.
  • For the presentation of a third or subsequent paper, another co-author who is registered for the congress must act as the presenter.

Registration will be confirmed once payment has been received and compliance with the stated registration conditions has been confirmed.

The congress program may be subject to change.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the email: sistema@congresoacede.org
  • The full fee will be refunded until May 8, 2026, if requested by the congress participant.
  • 50% of the fee will be refunded between May 9 and May 18, 2026.
  • No refund will be made after May 19, 2026 due to administrative and management costs.
