The XXXIV ACEDE Congress will take place from June 15 to 17, 2025, in Pamplona, at the Public University of Navarre (UPNA), titled “Back to the roots to rethink the future of the organization: new frontiers”.
The conference organizing committee invites proposals from those interested in organizing a track on a specific topic.
If you are interested in proposing a Track, you should prepare the following information:
- Track Title
- Name and affiliation of the session chair(s) (maximum of two chairs)
- Keywords
- General overview and added value of the track (max. 400 words)
- Email subject: "Track session proposal ACEDE 2025"
- Email address: sistema@congresoacede.org; acede2025@conftool.org
Proposals must be submitted before October 15, 2024.
Once the tracks have been selected, the Session Chairs will have the following responsibilities:
- Promote the session to ensure that enough quality contributions suitable for the conference are received.
- Identify, invite, and manage the reviewers of the papers submitted for the session:
- Ensure that reviewers complete the required reviews within the established deadlines, following the guidelines provided by the Conference Organizing Committee.
- Session chairs will participate in the review process through the Conftool platform that supports ACEDE 2025. The Local Organizing Committee will train the session chairs for this and assign a member of the organizing committee as a contact.
- Select the papers to be presented in the session based on the evaluations received from the reviewers (maximum of 6 papers).
- Organize the session:
- Attend the conference and chair the session.
- Select discussants for each of the papers.
- Arrange the order and presentation time of the papers in the session.
