Submitting Papers/Instructions

Instructions

Papers should be sent to the scientific committee of the Congress through ACEDE's communication management system, which can be found at the following link:

https://www.conftool.org/acede2025/

In the communication management system, authors must:

  1. Register as users of the system.
  2. Register the paper proposed for the Congress by entering the identification and classification data requested in the system.
  3. Indicate whether the paper is to be sent as a “paper (oral session)”, “special track (ST)”, “Interactive session (interactive table)” or “Doctoral Colloquium”.
  4. Upload two copies of the complete work (paper or special track) or the extended abstract (Interactive session) following the instructions of the system::
    1. The first (final) copy will contain all the information regarding the authors.
    2. The second (anonymous) copy should be prepared for anonymous review.
    3. In the “interactive session” modality (interactive tables) these copies will have a length between 1000-2000 words (excluding tables and references).
    4. Students selected for the Doctoral Colloquium must submit a complete and updated research project two weeks prior to the conference.  For the preparation of research projects, see the detailed instructions provided in the “Authors (doctoral workshop)” section.

Papers must comply with the specifications of the Congress:

  1. Papers written in Spanish or English will be accepted.
  2. The files will be configured as follows:
    1. DIN A4 vertical orientation
    2. Space of 2.5 centimeters in all margins.
    3. All pages must be numbered except for the first one.
    4. In the case of “paper (oral session)” and “thesis project”, the papers should not exceed 30 pages in length, including text, graphs, tables, notes and bibliography.
    5. Graphs, images, tables, etc., should be included at the end of the text.
    6. The bibliography should be expressed according to the scientific standards of BRQ-Business Research Quarterly.

Regarding the submission of proposals for the Doctoral Colloquium, these will also be carried out through the following platform https://www.conftool.org/acede2025/. Proposals can be sent in Spanish or English. First, proposals will be uploaded with this template:

Subsequently, as indicated in section d) above, the selected students will send the research project through the congress e-mail address acede2025@conftool.org
