INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS

Interactive Session Authors

Objective

The interactive session is designed to present advanced works that have a defined theoretical framework and methodological design, along with complete or preliminary results. The goal is to improve the positioning, interpretation, and contributions through a swift exchange with the audience. The session chair will be the main source of comments, also giving the floor to those present in the session to offer their suggestions.

Presentation Time: 8 minutes.
Discussion: 5 minutes.

Recommended Structure

  1. Research question and relevance.
  2. Methodology and results.
  3. Conclusions and contribution: What does the work add compared to previous research?
  4. One or two questions to the audience on which the authors need to obtain feedback: specific aspects regarding contribution, positioning, or interpretation.

Expectations

  • Concise presentations oriented toward debate.
  • Avoid excessive methodological detail; prioritize clarity and contribution.

Role of the Session Chair

The chair of the interactive session will offer constructive feedback on each of the works, paying special attention to aspects that are open to improvement and opportunities for the future development of the work. Furthermore, they will be responsible for moderating the session, fostering discussion and debate with authors and attendees.
